• HYDRAULIC PRESSURE TESTING 
  Pneumatic to hydraulic booster pump can test for Pressure up-to 10000 PSI 
• PNEUMATIC PRESSURE TESTING 
  Tube fittings and valves can be tested up to 150 PSI on Air compressor and up to 2000 PSI on Nitrogen Cylinder. 
• IMPULSE TESTING 
  This test determines the ability of the fitting assembly to resist severe and sudden pressure impulse without failure. The fitting assembly is subjected to pressure cycle of 0-3000-0 PSI at between 0.5 Hz - 1.7 Hz (30 Cycles / min 100 Cycles / min). 
• VIBRATION TESTING 
  Fitting assembly is tested under similar high vibration condition in the plant, at 23-47 Hz.(1380 Cycles /min 2820 Cycles /min) at an amplitude of 2-5 min under contant pressure or with impulse. 
• HARDNESS TESTING MACHINE 
  To detect hardness of the material with suitable identors. 
• INSPECTION GAUGES 
  We have all the necessary Thread Gauges, Bore gauges, Micrometers, Verniers etc. NPT ring and plug gauges - 1/8" - 1" NPT UNF ring and plug gauges - 5/16" - 7/8" bore gauges for all metric and imperial tube sizes. BSP / BSPT ring and plug gauges.
